COVID-19 Update & Half Term Hours

During half term, we will be open every day for the follwing sessions:
9.30 - 11.45am
12.15 - 2.30pm
3 - 5.30pm

**** The first two sessions on Fri 30th October are fully booked****

Due to the current climate, we have temporarily revised our opening times.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: noon-2pm and 2.30-5.30pm
Monday, Friday: 9.30-11.30am, noon-2pm and 2.30-5.30pm
Saturday, Sunday: 9.30-11.45am, 12.15-2.30pm and 3-5.30pm

All sessions per day can be pre-booked, seven days a week. Once booked, no changes or refunds are permitted. Any unbooked capacity will be available to walk-in guests. To pre-book your entry, please give us a call on 0118 975 5455

RULE OF SIX - Social gatherings should be limited to a maximum of six guests which may be seated across two tables to allow for social distancing

PARTIES - We continue to offer Play parties but with restrictions. For more information on our innovative solution, give us a call

We are open with strict measures including:
- reduced capacity plus max 2 adults per group
- face masks compulsory for all visitors aged 12 and over
- temperature checks upon entry
- track and trace system with details held on file for 21 days
- lift will be restricted to buggies and one household at a time
- one-way flows where possible
- limited cafe options are available with no-contact table service
- enhanced cleaning including fogging

If you or anyone in your group are showing signs of fever or feeling unwell, please stay at home.

The Mad House has always prided itself on offering a clean and healthy environment for our young guests to enjoy. We will continue our enhanced regime with regular deep-cleaning, sanitisation and disinfection using our new fogging equipment
